The singer, 25, and comic, 34, got engaged earlier this month while vacationing in Jaipur, India, UsMagazine.com first reported. Brand confirmed the news to the UK Sun on Wednesday, texting, “It’s true. Much love.”
A friend tells Us that Perry — who began dating Brand last September — has “never connected with anybody like this… She says he makes her laugh like nobody else in the world.”
